"Outstanding Team & Service! Alegro, Kelsey, and Javae were absolutely phenomenal! I came into the Sugar Land store needing a suit for my niece’s upcoming wedding. To give you some context, the last time I wore formal wear or a tuxedo was at my own wedding 18 years ago. Because I rarely have reasons to dress up, I wanted a versatile look that would be perfect for the wedding but also work great when my wife and I go out on fancy date nights. These three amazing ladies worked seamlessly together as a team to style me from head to toe. They helped me find a fantastic suit, multiple dress shirts, ties, shoes, a belt, and socks. I was completely blown away by their professionalism, warm personalities, and incredible talent for customer service. They took all the stress out of the process and made me feel genuinely valued. If you need formal wear, skip the stress and come to this location. Because of them, DXL is officially my go-to spot!"

Upon entering the store in Sugar Land, Texas, I was immediately impressed by the extremely clean and professionally displayed environment. The store itself is exceptional, but what truly stood out was the service from Javae. Javae greeted me with a warm welcome and a big smile, and immediately started addressing my needs. She was incredibly helpful in accommodating me on short notice, as I was traveling in just three days. She went above and beyond her normal scope of duties, and I cannot say enough about the level of service she provided. She was courteous, professional, and truly an asset to the organization. As a business owner, I’m always concerned about how my clients are treated in my absence. Javae automatically puts those concerns to rest. If she handles all customers the way she handled me, that store will be very successful, and she will personally be very successful. "This particular store was supposed to carry up to size 18, but to a disappointment, the largest size was 14 and 15 in shoes. I needed a size 17 shoe, I guess I will try the Webster or galleria locations."
