I have been to MULTIPLE stores looking for a specific size this was my first time ever shopping at DXL but I wish I had the opportunity to give more stars… I called this Mesa location due to an AWFUL experience at there Gilbert location looking for advice or a point in the right direction.. NOT ONLY did Jae go above and beyond and help me he find what I needed he was very informative how the sizes of men’s jeans, all around turned my 1 star rating of DXL to a 10!!! such an amazing job!! Heather was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! We came in for a return that my boyfriend purchased online, and we walked out of there so grateful we decided to go in instead of just sending it back. She explained the size scanner and was very knowledgeable on all the brands and fits offered in the entire store as well as worked us through each section with examples of things we might like to try on. I have never witnessed my boyfriend want to try on multiple shirts and also smiling after putting each one on that fit perfectly! He asked me to take pictures he loved them so much!! We will definitely be back and it is all because of Heather!
