i’m surprised that the talls weren’t tall enough for a 6’ man to raise his arms without exposing his tummy.

We came into DXL looking for specific items and were greeted initially, but after explaining what we needed, the associate did not offer any help. Meanwhile, two other customers were assisted promptly and attentively. After they left, we were not approached again and instead felt watched in an uncomfortable way. The difference in service was noticeable, and it left me feeling racially profiled. No customer should feel that way in a retail store. I hope this location takes inclusivity and customer service more seriously moving forward.

Alyssa was extremely helpful! She made my husband feel very comfortable right away!! First suit ever for my him. He liked being able to walk in and buy off the rack and within 20 minutes walked out with what he wanted!! Strongly recommended for and gentleman looking for nice clothing, great price, great fit!!

Made purchases with cash and when attempted to make a return was told I could get store credit or a check mailed in ten days. Then was told they only keep $100 a day so returned one item and went back for the second item another day and then was told they had no cash.
