I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was by the store manager. She refused to share her name so I’m not sure what it is, but she really should not work in customer service. I had bought multiple items the day before and came in to return one of them. She accused me of trying to fraud the store and refused to take it back.

I went in to get a shirt for a wedding. One of the workers “sized me” but the fit looked looser than I was hoping. When I continued looking at the shirts she scolded me several times from across the store because I continued to look at other sizes. “I sized you” and “Why are you still looking!?” I was going to get a new belt and look at other items in the store, but I was so upset at how she was speaking to me. I just grabbed one of the shirts and immediately rang up before I escalated. The gentleman who rang me up was nice though.

For the big and tall its a good place to look for clothes that are actually made to fit us but them prices, idk ....in this economy the prices seem a bit too high ....all in all its still a good store, they saved my ass by having slacks and ties and dress shirts for interview attire since I had to purchase them for an interview I had goin on.
