Had a family funeral out of town and forgot to pack the garment bag in the car. So we had to visit this nearest location (Alpharetta) on the day of the service. There was only one worker at the time, having to help a few customers but still went out of his way to help us and STEAM our purchases. We were able to then change in the store and head to the service. This wouldn’t have worked in so many other stores. Thank you for excellent customer service and compassion.
