I was disappointed with my visit. Several employees were chatting, gossiping about another employee, and sharing snacks instead of offering any assistance. There were no other customers, and it was the middle of the day. I came in ready to buy jeans as a gift, expecting the personalized fit expertise and service DXL promotes, but left without purchasing anything because no one helped me.

During a recent visit to your establishment, I was deeply disappointed by the exceptionally unprofessional and unwelcoming customer service we encountered. Upon our arrival, we were met with a striking absence of any greeting or acknowledgment from your staff. What was particularly concerning was that despite making direct eye contact with one of the employees, there was still no effort made to speak to us or offer any assistance. This left us feeling ignored and undervalued right from the outset. It was further disheartening to observe three staff members present at the time, all of whom appeared to be unoccupied with customer-facing duties, instead choosing to engage in personal conversations among themselves. This clear lack of engagement with customers, coupled with the unwillingness to provide even a basic welcome or offer of help, created an incredibly negative impression of your service standards. We had anticipated a much more attentive and respectful experience, and this incident fell far short of any reasonable expectation for customer care.
