Love the staff that work here they know they job always helpful friendly the store is clean the clothes are nice

DXL shop there for years Receive many of Christmas gifts this year and one of them were jeans been pretty busy and I had time to go back to the store out in a function and my wife noticed the jeans were ripping in the seam. She had to stitch it up cause I had no other pants with me at the time when I had a second I went to the Roseville store to return the jeans, all I wanted to do was swap them out for a new pair Dan the manager would not help me. He went into my account and they told me I bought the jeans two years ago. I received these as a gift. I have several family members that purchased stuff for me. I am going to tell all my family to please stop shopping at DXL and myself. I will not shop there no more this is not good Customer Service plus he told me with no receipts and tags. He will not be able to do anything. This is not how DXL operates plus there’s other retailers out there. We can shop at Kohl’s has a big and tall section plus kings stop giving your money to DXL.

Dina was the salesperson there when we shopped. She is a great listener and is professional in helping me figure out what I need. I feel confident that she would be able to help me find something that looks great on me.
