Love this place . Very helpful staff and great guest service

Clean and neat. Only problem I had was the sizes that I wanted in the Ralph Loren I had to look for a long time to only find a size bigger.

Nice store was able to get in and out quick

The gentleman who assisted me during my visit to the store was very friendly, helpful, professional, polite and personable. He helped me find what I needed and made sure it fit me properly. Made my shopping experience very enjoyable. He has helped me in the past and is always great. I always hope he’s working whenever I need to shop.

VELVED STEVENSON is an amazing asset to this store! Very pleasant and attentive. The store is immaculate!! I would highly recommend DXL offering a store credit card. High quality clothing comes at a price where some people may be limited to purchase a few items.

I don’t typically leave reviews for places, but I think it’s important to share the experience my girlfriend and I just had in this store. My girlfriend has been wanting to explore wearing more masculine clothing, but has struggled with sizing, limited options, and unfriendly sales people. It took a lot for me to convince her to come here. I’d like to thank Gaby for listening to me at the beginning of our experience when I told her we would need space to explore and try things on. It’s important to know your customers and you respected me when I told you what I needed. I’d also really like to thank Jess for going above and beyond with her customer service. When we finally got comfortable with asking for help with measurements Jess came right out and measured my girlfriend. She pulled a bunch of shirts for her, explained the difference in sizing for men and women, and really blew both of our minds when it came to what we thought we were looking for.Thank you so much for making us both feel welcomed and this experience so enjoyable. It meant more than you could know. We will most definitely be back.
