Good big man sizing for a wide variety of men's clothing. Material is somewhat lacking in consistency and quality. The inferior materials and poor workmanship issues seem to be getting worse.

I have been a loyal DXL customer for over 10 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I placed a time-sensitive Christmas order at the end of November, specifically to avoid shipping delays. Weeks later, it still has not arrived. Tracking shows the package was handed over to the final-mile carrier, but the carrier has confirmed they never received it. Despite this, I have received no clear resolution or ownership from DXL, leaving me to chase carriers myself. When a company chooses the shipping partner, the responsibility should not fall on the customer when something goes wrong. Transparency and accountability matter — and they were lacking here. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend DXL.
