I have been a loyal DXL customer for over 10 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I placed a time-sensitive Christmas order at the end of November, specifically to avoid shipping delays. Weeks later, it still has not arrived. Tracking shows the package was handed over to the final-mile carrier, but the carrier has confirmed they never received it. Despite this, I have received no clear resolution or ownership from DXL, leaving me to chase carriers myself. When a company chooses the shipping partner, the responsibility should not fall on the customer when something goes wrong. Transparency and accountability matter — and they were lacking here. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend DXL.

It was okay service went in for a gift card and the guy and had do go do something for the boss he could of finished our transaction. Instead of leaving us hanging and waiting.

Salesman litterly tried to tell me that Shaq shopped at this store before he started his own big and tall clothing line and that Shaq had an inseam if 32 inches. Now while Shaq inseam is not public knowledge, it is public knowledge that he is 7 foot 1 inch. There is no way he has an inseam of 32 inches, jeans or dress slack. Also, Shaqs own company says the average of their lengths that is sold is 34 inches. I would not rely on this guys ability to size you. If you know what you wan great, but no reason this sales guy should be telling such blatant lies.
