DXL Big + Tall

Found exactly what I needed very quickly thanks to Jake. He was very helpful during my shopping experience.

I went in the store not really knowing what I wanted the initial Clerk point at me nonchalantly to a area to look at sweat suits. Immediately another sales clerk came and she greeted me and asked me how could she help me. I told her what I needed or was looking for and she took me to the right location she found the right size for me I had to try you on several different sizes before fighting the right fit. She was very patient with me even when I locked myself out the dressing room a few times she was very kind more than anything she was just really nice pleasant it was almost like she wanted to help me find something that I wanted she wanted to help me find a perfect outfit. I wish I could remember her name she was an older black woman with beautiful long gray hair I went to the Polaris location. She was absolutely amazing such good energy. I think the first initial Clerk was the supervisor but I think the roles should be reversed the lady who helped me that beautiful older black woman with the beautiful long gray hair she should be the supervisor I will come and shop at her store every day just to see that Pleasant beautiful smile. I don't know your name but thank you ma'am for helping me find a perfect outfit and being so nice and kind to me thank you for making my day.

I hate shopping and am very uncomfortable in my size. Jacob was super helpful in finding me clothes that fit me for once. Thank you for your help there we size that really fit me and I found some clothes I really liked.

Shopping for big men is never easy, and Jacob made it a breeze. He listened to my suggestions while also including his personal ideas, which ended working better. I asked for a 50 size pant and he brought me a 50 and 52, and 52 was what I needed. He was helpful without being overbearing. I tipped him $20 because of his choices and selections. I would have tipped him $50 if he upselled me some nice socks and maybe a tie clip. Jacob, keep growing as an employee and keep doing what you’re doing. It’s not easy for big guys to shop and he made the experience enjoyable.

The store is set up nicely. Sale Sections are separate; we go to them first, then we work into full-price items. Would love to have coupons to shop more for the non-sale items for repeat shopping for my husband and 2 sons. They use all your clothing for work and always need a seasonal refresher.

Ian is Awesome!! My twin brother and I are always in there and Ian is so helpful and knowledgeable. He is also very kind and understands his customer. Thanks Ian for the great customer service experience!
