Great selection for a big guy to style and profile.

Friendly staff helped me find what I needed quickly and efficiently. Left with some great new clothes, and got them on sale.

I've been shopping at these stores for years, and this location is the closest one to me. As a big and tall guy, my clothing and shoe options are already limited, so this store makes up most of my shopping experience. And honestly, I love it — the staff are friendly, the store is always clean and comfortable, and there's a solid variety of items. But here's my one gripe: it feels like you only ever stock certain colors and certain sizes. Whenever I ask about something else, I get the same response — "you can always order it online." That's really frustrating. For a big and tall store, you're not exactly catering to a wide range of body types, so I don't understand why the stock is so limited. And if the answer is always "shop online," what's the point of having a physical store? The reason I come in person is so I can try things on, touch them, feel the fit before buying. Instead, I end up ordering multiple sizes online, trying them at home, then making a separate trip to the store just to return what didn't work. It's inconvenient, and it defeats the purpose of shopping in person in the first place.

DXL did its job today!

The selection in store was kind of mediocre. They only had one jacket color (tan), and the fathers day special excluded everything I was buying somehow. Very expensive also. I will say these slacks I got are extremely comfortable and the fact they had my size was amazing. They even had my shoe size (15).

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Worked with Nick and he was great. Between his friendly assistance and the fact that they actually had stuff that fit me on the first try I'll definitely be coming back here.

I love coming here to shop they always have my sizes.
