I am always happy with the service. However, the under briefs I bought was incompatible with the ones I bought the last time. The briefs I bought yesterday were too small. I have lost a lot of weight since last year and had to go down a size from 5xl to 4xl because the 5xls were too large. Now there seems to be a lot of inconsistency with the sizing. I have to return these, as well as some I ordered online. I hate to return any clothes. It's a waste of time and gasoline money.
