One of the best experiences I've had shopping. I'm a big guy - "husky" is the word used sometimes. And so DXL was my last resort to find a vest to match my dress slacks and shirt. The sales agent, Nathan, was *excellent*. Knew where things were, suggested the right accessories, and helped us select a pair of dress shoes and dress socks. If I go clothes shopping again, this is where I'm going to head first, even if it's 40 miles away from my home!

Great in person customer service BUT very deceitful sale practice. They have all there products marked like the photo when see you like great $49.99 but actually the price is $60. I will no longer shop at any Big + tall stores till they change there sales practices
