Upon entering the establishment, one is immediately immersed in an exemplary customer service experience. My family, including my wife, son, and his fiancé, were warmly welcomed by Alan. Following a brief discussion regarding our needs, Alan promptly guided us through the store, inquiring about our preferred styles and colors for a suit. He presented a selection of suits, along with complementary shirt, tie, and dress shoes. Furthermore, Alan provided personalized assistance, including helping me try on the shoes. The entire experience was exceptional, culminating in the purchase of a suit for my son's wedding.

I visited the Raleigh store years ago for my son and nephew. Both are large boys and large young men. Came to the store in Winston Salem and the store was very organized and cleaned. Both men employees were was polite and helped and answered every question needed. Just wish the clothes wasn't as expensive. But thank you so much on a great experience in your Winston Salem store

Pricey but they have the big sizes. If you need whatever clothing in larger sizes, they WILL have it, if you have time, you can shop around and maybe get lucky somewhere else finding your size but they will always have it. Staff has always been helpful and nice.
