Keith was excellent. I needed a blue blazer jacket and he helped me get the perfect fit. I will be back again the next time I need nice clothing.

I recently visited the Florence store with my dad and the woman who helped us, Laura i think was her name was great. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. She measured him and got all of his measurements and then went and got him a few outfits to try on. I would definitely recommend her if you're going there.

Horrible experience today. Salesman was rude and completely disinterested in actually helping me or my mother. Stopped helping me mid conversation to go assist another patron that had walked in.

Went very well. Got the, shirt off the display for me.

Decent selection, though styles are a bit plain. I suppose it's not easy making tending styles look good on bigger guys. Prices have always been on the higher side and I think that comes with the territory of being a specialty store. The staff here is always helpful. One of the few places that I can always find something the fits me.
