As disappointing as it is to be at a weight that means I'm going to DXL Big+Tall, I am thrilled to say that I easily found clothes that fit me and make me look sharp. Service was incredible. I had a wedding where I put off looking for clothes way too long and by the time I started, nothing fit in any of the regular stores. Finally, came across DXL and I had choices. Choices of jackets, choices of shirts - not just a scrap or two left behind. I'm thrilled for folks who can be in the slim fit section - I'm not there today, but boy am I glad DXL had my back.

I had a very disappointing experience at the DXL Big + Tall store in Irvine. I came in to return a suit that was completely intact and had my receipt, expecting a straightforward process. Instead, I was met with an attitude that felt unnecessarily suspicious and unwelcoming. The way the situation was handled made me feel like I was being treated as if I had done something wrong, which was both frustrating and disrespectful. I understand that stores have return policies, but there’s a way to enforce them while still treating customers with basic respect. That standard was not met here. I’ve shopped at DXL before and expected better. Based on this experience, I would seriously reconsider returning to this location. I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, especially during returns.
