Very very nice and helpful gentle men

Went to a nearby men’s warehouse and they were very unhelpful. Came to this store, even though they didn’t have the items I were looking for, George’s customer service was great, he helped me get my correct size and pointed me in the right direction. I will definitely be referring people to this store in the future.

Super clean. Super friendly. On the bit of the pricey side but well worth the quality. My husband is a 5xlt and we find everything from pants, shorts, shirts, t-shirts, to fit him. We go there every time he needs. T-shirts for work or dress shirts or meetings. The staff is very helpful if you can't find something. If something is not in store, you can order it to be delivered to your home all in the same transaction. Wish they had more cargo type jeans.

I am used to going to the store on Camelback. Today I went to the newer one in North Scottsdale. A few things... - Being in North Scottsdale, should really have a selection of higher end items up here. Specifically Robert Graham please. - The last couple of times I have been in the North Scottsdale store, the gentlemen working in there are very friendly. However do not seem to be at a stylistic level that represents the brand or helps shoppers with style, fit etc. Not proactive in suggestions of what goes with what, not able to assist with colors and those sorts of things. Need some people with stronger retail background in men's fashion. As I am sure you know, lots of bigger men are uncomfortable shopping and often need someone to hold their hand through the process. Guide them on dressing for their body and confidently tell a man what is looking good on him and what is not. The team at North Scottsdale seem to be really good "order takers" but not great and the overall experience of buying new cloths. I hope you find this review helpful! Always superior service! Chris is entirely excellent in the Phoenix store! My only feedback is that when I visit the store to shop, they are often OUT of my size-2XLT!! Prevents me from making more in-store purchases.

Great staff, Christopher was helpful buying a jacket and then when I had a problem with it also with the return. The store is always organized and tidy and the selections I good.
