The experience in here was amazing. There was a person named Maya who helped me pick at a nice outfit for my baby shower and she walked me thru the whole process. She ask what color I like and helped me bring my vision to light. All I can say is give her a raise because her customer service style is amazing!

I made a stop while I had some free time on a business trip and was disappointed in the customer service. I walked in and was greeted with a hello by two associates. One was sitting in a chair on the phone and the other behind the register. Neither made an effort to try to make a sale or let me know what was on special or be helpful. I asked where I could find vests and all I got was a finger point and told they're over there. I was going to take my time and buy a few outfits but I decided I'd take my business elsewhere or to my local DXL where the employees are wonderful. Shout out to DXL Sacramento on Arden way, they know how to treat customers!

came all the way on bus bart and bus. to find out they only have 2 rows of discount stuff. yes tou can take sol trans blue line from walnut creek bart. to the vacavile transit center which is next to the oulet centers. bus 4 6 go by dxl outlet. very nice gentleman works here. two ladies were nice. one scared me when she pulled out big scissors to cut up my gift card. its like a regular small dxl. and i traveled like 90 miles to get here.
