They always have the clothes I want... But their customer service needs help... It's usually the same lady behind the counter every time and she could learn to smile and be nicer to people. Don't be in retail if you don't like to deal with customers

Great selection for Big and Tall men. I'm 6'6" and 390 lbs and needed dress outfit for a wedding.Iwas looking for someone dress pants, nice button shirt and a nice casual jacket. I was there about 25 minutes and Marcus the Cerk running the store had me squared away. Very happy with the great service. Will be returning in the future.

Nice store with a wide variety of contemporary apparel. Also, their clothes are very high quality and wear well.

The experience in here was amazing. There was a person named Maya who helped me pick at a nice outfit for my baby shower and she walked me thru the whole process. She ask what color I like and helped me bring my vision to light. All I can say is give her a raise because her customer service style is amazing!

It was great

I made a stop while I had some free time on a business trip and was disappointed in the customer service. I walked in and was greeted with a hello by two associates. One was sitting in a chair on the phone and the other behind the register. Neither made an effort to try to make a sale or let me know what was on special or be helpful. I asked where I could find vests and all I got was a finger point and told they're over there. I was going to take my time and buy a few outfits but I decided I'd take my business elsewhere or to my local DXL where the employees are wonderful. Shout out to DXL Sacramento on Arden way, they know how to treat customers!
