Baltimore knows how to make visitors feel really special. Gather round my Big and Tall men, story time. So after an amazing sales experience at DSW (there is a review), The Amazing Katarah was waiting to assist after the phone call she got. 30 minutes before closing and she didnt miss a beat. Engaged, vested, honest, and wasn't pushing for a sale. One of the shirts I really wanted, she even made sure to put on order and have it shipped. Like Glenise at DSW, Katarah was all the things a customer hopes to experience in a shopping experience. I didn't get to shop fully at the store, as I was short on time. This store unlike Big and Tall stores, the shirts are made for not one or the other, but the Big and Tall is integrated into the clothes. If that makes sense? Anyway, and amazing experience and too bad there isn't a Katarah where I live. LOL

I was in the Glen Burnie and the Towson DXL this weekend, buying pants for myself and my son. Everything was great except that each time only one sales rep was in the store. This is terrible when many customers are in the store, or when you employee needs a break. Stop trying to save labor and get employees into your stores.

The selection of merchandise was impressive. The store offered everything from clothing, footwear, and accessories to home goods, electronics, beauty products, and seasonal items. I especially appreciated the convenience of being able to find so many different products in one location. The staff members were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout my visit. They answered questions, assisted with locating items, and provided excellent customer service whenever needed. Their positive attitude contributed greatly to the overall shopping experience.
