This store has summer items in the winter. It has poor customer service, the clerk referred to me as "my dude", and I'm old enough to be her father. I asked the clerk if my receipt was in the bag, it was not. I had to return to the store to get it, the sign on the door said, I'm at lunch. This was a very urban/ghetto experience. Not to be repeated.

The in store experience was perfect as it always is. But whoever handles your dxl website , not the Annapolis one, but overall, never replied to my message asking about availability of a certain kind of Callaway polo shirt. So I finally just went to the store and bought one I really didn't want.
