"If I can give it zero stars for customer service I would. The lady that didn’t give her name at 12:25 9/18/26 was so rude. We provided her with the size of shirt and just needed to be tall. She kept insisting we had to do the new style to take measurements. My husband did go in the fitting room to do the measurement the number she put was incorrect so it was not working. Once we asked for help she was upset silent going to the room and fix the number. We said we have the size and measurements we just needed it to be tall. We were in a hurry sorry. While my husband was looking at the shirt she gave him, she continued to say that’s why we have you do the measurements in a rude way. She needs to get some customer service training please. I won’t be back to this location. I hope they talk to her because she lost a customer that goes there a lot."

"First timer here. Hailey greeted me within 15 seconds of entering the store. She spent at least an hour with me picking clothes that fit and then patiently went through a ton of color and style combinations until I made my choice. Walked out with a blazer, shirt, tie and trousers and I am very happy with my clothes. Would definitely go back. Oh, I'm 5' 10" tall and 50# overweight."

"I’ve picked up a lot from the DXL in Naperville, quarter-zips, polos, pants, and a handful of other items; and they’ve always taken great care of me. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely willing to help with whatever you need. One thing I really appreciate is that I always know they’ll have my size and the brands I like. They make sizing recommendations that actually make sense, and they’re quick to point me in the right direction without any pressure.
