DXL Big + Tall

I will never shop at DXL again. The store manager was rude, the store rarely has anything in stock, and it always seems messy and unorganized. As a bigger guy, it’s already hard enough to find clothes that fit well. When you finally find a store that’s supposed to cater to you, the last thing you expect is to be treated like you don’t matter. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect. I truly hope DXL takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the management issues at this location, because no one should leave feeling unwelcome after simply trying to shop.

Great selection of dress and casual menswear, and the staff is very polite and helpful. They are eager to help without being pushy. The store was very clean and well organized, and they quickly checked to see if I could order online any items that weren’t in stock in the store. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely shop here more often.
