Great selection of dress and casual menswear, and the staff is very polite and helpful. They are eager to help without being pushy. The store was very clean and well organized, and they quickly checked to see if I could order online any items that weren’t in stock in the store. Very disappointed in my experience at DXL. I drove 45 minutes after confirming online that certain shirts were “available for in-store pickup,” but when I arrived, the store didn’t have them at all. Not only was it frustrating, it felt like a complete waste of time and gas. This store clearly needs better inventory management support from corporate—what’s shown online should actually match what’s in stock.
