Latoya was a very sweet & helpful person very attentive to my son. Thank you DXL for employing such a warm person as Latoya. (Since I can't add separate review) April 13, 26 my son needed a suit jacket for his new job, before heading to the store I called and spoke with sales manager DeDe...Dede was very helpful over the phone as well as in person she took her time with my son measured him so he would get the perfect fitted suit jacket. I appreciated her being so attentive to him. Thank you DXL for hiring the best 2 ladies on the team. Because Latoya & DeDe are two of the sweetest, patient ladies I've seen in a clothing store in a very long time.

Excellent service

When your guy blocks the sun there's no other place to shop than DXL. The 2X at the normal stores is 1X here and the quality is definitely felt in the touch! But what made the experience was Latoya, the sales assistant. She was kind knowledgeable and patient which was necessary since Shopping for my Goliath ain't easy🙃 Money well spent!

Overall I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Latoya was the sales clerk who helped me and she was very helpful and accommodating. The only glitch, and it wasn’t a big one, was that earlier in the day I received an text from DXL with an offer to donated gently used clothes and get 20% off my entire purchase. When I told the other sales clerk about that she said that the promotion had ended. But I told her I just got the text this morning. She went online and saw that it was active and so I donated five pairs of pants and got 20% off my total purchase. But the organization needs to communicate better with the retail stores and let the store employees know when a promotion is still on. Quite honestly, I would have walked out if I didn’t get the 20% discount. But all worked out well in the end. And again, Latoya was super helpful.

The staff is always super friendly and willing and able to help you out pick whatever clothes you need Amazing !!!
