The staff members were very kind , respectful, and helpful.

Do not shop there. You must have permission to browse shelves and folded items. A crazy lunatic in a bad wig follows you around to make sure you don’t mess up their pristine neatly folded and stacked clothing. It all felt just weird. Just order online and avoid this foolery.

I visited DXL in Little Rock recently and received excellent service from saleswoman Sheira. It can often be difficult shopping for big men, and it is hard to find salespeople who are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their job, but Sheira was professional and very helpful. I needed a business suit on short notice for upcoming job interviews and I received everything that I needed at an affordable price. I was out of the store within an hour. I am not great at shopping but Sheira was able to explain what would look more professional and appropriate for an interview. I will very likely be returning to DXL when I need more professional attire. I strongly recommend!

The service exceeded expectations! The staff member who assisted us demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, expertly selecting attire that fit perfectly while keeping us within budget, all with a contagious enthusiasm that made the experience truly exceptional. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but her short bob with blonde highlights and outstanding customer service left a lasting impression.

Such a great experience here. Customer service is top shelf. Very knowledgeable and eager to help. Definitely found my go to shop.

What a terrible experience today (1/17). I went into the store to purchase some pants. I was totally ignored. When I ask if I could try on the pants the woman barked at me that she would be with me in a while. I had already been in the store for a bit shopping. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I put the pants back on the rack and left. I have spent a ton of money in this store over the years. I won’t’t be back.

Michelle was wonderful and very very helpful. She’s knows what she’s talking about and made me feel very comfortable and pointed out that I’m down a size too!! Michelle you are awesome!

I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received during my visit to the DXL store in Little Rock, Arkansas, although that store is called CASUAL MALE XL. The sales associate who assisted me was truly excellent at her job. She knew exactly how to approach customers, had great product knowledge, and provided attentive, professional service throughout my visit. She was amazing. I am a regular DXL customer, and although I am not from the United States, I travel frequently and recently subscribed to the DXL Rewards program. Since discovering DXL stores, there is no other place I prefer to shop for apparel and accessories. The variety of products you offer is always impressive. Congratulations to the entire team for delivering such a high level of customer service. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I look forward to visiting again.
