Genuinely the worst DXL out there. The manager is always a snob and on his phone. Wildly dismissive. All of the sweaters and vests are mixed and I wouldn’t ever ask that guy for help. Find people that want to do this please because the NH stores are infinitely better. I’m headed straight to Rockingham now

Outlet pricing is NOT discount pricing so everyone is clear. This review, however, is not related to pricing, but rather employee behavior and a corporate policy impeding purchase. So at this location, the "sales/clearance" sections are where you're are supposed to find values - and you can. Different dots mean different levels of discount. Unfortunately not all items of the brand/style/size have the same level of discount marked on them. The store will not acknowledge any error in the pricing difference and will not honor the lowest price for both items. This I overhear being explained to another shopper. I was hovered over. I felt criminal if I didn't pull an item out an look at it often enough or the sales associate would come over yet again to ask me if she could help. Ugh! Then when I finally decided to make a purchase, I get the counter. There are two registers. One associate was helping another customer at the first register. I queued to the second. The "hovering" women said she could help me check out and then asked if I was paying with cash or credit. I said cash and she said something like, "oh, then we'll have to wait for that one, I don't have any cash in this one." After the hovering and the uncomfortable feeling like I was being stalked as I shopped, I simply turned around and walked out - frustrated and unlikely to return.
