DXL Big + Tall Outlet

Raymond gets an 11 out of 10!!!!!!!

I have been shopping at DXL for well over 20 years, always a good experience and you can actually find cloths for someone that is both big and tall. At 6'4" I have trouble finding things long enough in the body and arms normally but usually able to solve those issues at DXL. Certainly sign up for their purchasing club it does pay you back in discounts on future purchases and sends other random discounts throughout the year.

Finding clothes in larger sizes can sometimes be a challenge, but DXL offers a solid selection of casual, business, and dress clothing all in one place. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to browse, with plenty of shirts, pants, shorts, polos, suits, shoes, and accessories. The staff was friendly and welcoming during our visit. One thing that was a little disappointing was the pricing. While there was a clearance rack, the selection was fairly limited and mostly consisted of items that likely won't appeal to everyone. The rest of the store was primarily "buy more, save more" promotions or percentage-off discounts based on tag colors, but many items were still priced higher than I've found elsewhere, even after the discounts. If you're looking for the convenience of shopping specifically for big and tall clothing, DXL is definitely worth a visit. Just don't assume that "outlet" automatically means you'll be getting outlet-level prices.

The gentleman that helped me was very polite and gave great advice. Per experience I already referred a family member to check out the store and would recommend to others as well!

Great Experience • Awesome Selection • Outstanding Customer Service I’ve read other reviews of the store that said that savings are a falsehood. You know what I guess it really depends whether you’re looking for cost or value. If you’re looking for value, you can’t beat this store.! Apparently, I started writing this review the last time I shopped here and never hit send — so when I came back to leave another positive review, my old draft was still sitting here. I have to say, after shopping here last time, I went to a wedding wearing the jacket and shirt I bought from DXL and was overwhelmed with compliments. Then I wore the same outfit to work… more compliments. Even weeks later, people were still noticing it. So naturally, I came back and picked up another jacket and a couple more shirts. Funny side note — one of my bosses liked the jacket so much, he went out and bought the exact same one. I think he was hoping to steal some of the compliments too. Thanks DXL — you guys rock.

Sales lady is always cheerful and helpful

I have been here a few times and always have a great experience. While the outlet "savings" is a bit of a falsehood, I do find the clearance racks fun to peruse.

Genuinely the worst DXL out there. The manager is always a snob and on his phone. Wildly dismissive. All of the sweaters and vests are mixed and I wouldn’t ever ask that guy for help. Find people that want to do this please because the NH stores are infinitely better. I’m headed straight to Rockingham now
