DXL Big + Tall

"This visit doesn't even deserve one star. It was awful. Salesman was not helpful or knowledgeable. Too worried about rushing to close the store. Did not help me try on shoes that my girlfriend eventually found for me and helped me try them on. Spent over $200 with no help from him."

"Great friendly help selecting out good quality shirts and pants."

"We came in to DXL to look for a suit which we needed on short notice. We were pleasantly surprised with the selection. Their new sizing system was easy to use and pretty accurate. Richard, the associate working that evening, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a suit jacket with matching vest and slacks and a dress shirt. We were very happy your store."

"Everyone is very nice and does such a great job! I think this store has at most 4 people working total and they do a really good job of handling the whole store. The guy with the beard usually helps me and he is very polite and straight forward!"

"Walked in with my coupon - told the clerk exactly what I was looking for! He told me how to get the best savings for sale items and coupon. 1/2 hour later, I was leaving with everything I needed."

"Great place to shop for Big and Tall! Great people there, make you feel comfortable!"

"Good people"

"I had a return item (from Christmas) and knowing the item had not been worn, I recieved store credit. I love it when staff members prioritize doing the right thing over rigid adherence to policy."
