DXL Big + Tall

I am a large man, weight and height, and I needed to replace my suit last minute for an important out of town interview. I shopped at Men's Warehouse with no luck for my measured size, 68 long. I called around my local area with still no luck. I took a chance and stopped in at DXL to see if I would have better success. A kind associate, Meronica who went by MJ, had laid out some sweater samples for me. I then thought just for the heck of it i would see how their suits would fit me. I then spoke to the store manager, Ryan, he had me try on a 64 long which they had and it fit perfectly. Ryan then set me up with the full ensemble, pants, shirt, tie, suspenders and shoes. Ryan was more then helpful. He was kind and patient in helping me find the right outfit in order to make me feel confident in this upcoming and most important interview that I have ever had. I highly recommend the Brookfield, WI DXL location for any of you large men out there in the area. You cant go wrong with the help from any of the associates but if you want the ultimate help in purchasing a suit go ahead and ask for the manager, Ryan. You'll be happy you did as well as being well dressed by the time you leave. I would like to end this review by personally thanking Ryan one final time. Thank you!

Very helpful employees

I went to the store to try on shoes for my wedding. When I entered the store, an associate saw me, yet did not greet me nor asked if I needed anything. I had initially gone to the Greenfield store and they did not have the shoes I was looking for. The Greenfield manager called the Brookfield store and asked them to hold a pair of shoes in my size so that I could try them on. I found a pair of shoes in my size and from the brand I was looking for and confirmed that they fit. Disappointing customer service.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff here! Welcoming environment, tons of brands and styles to choose from on the sales floor. I didn’t have to go digging through rack after rack hoping something that caught my eye *might* be available in my size (3x) like most stores. Picked up some casual shirts, polos, sweaters, vests, and a dress shirt that fit perfectly right off the rack. DXL has earned repeat business from me, my experience transformed clothes shopping from a dreaded task into an absolute delight.

Meronica is a superhero. She was in the store by herself and made sure every customer got her attention and was taken care of. She gave her honest opinions when we asked for them and was so curteous and helpful and never made us feel like we were taking up her time.
