Great experience and the sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable

I have been twice to the DXL OUTLET.in Williamsburg. Va. Both times was unable to get into the store. A gentleman name Thomas was kind enough to take my list of items i wanted and brought my items out to me. He.was kind and knowledgeable in the items I wanted Today weeks later I had to go back to the same DXL store to see Thomas again to exchange a few items down in size plus purchase more items. Again Thomas was there to help me again with the exchange of the returns plus to purchase more. Again he came outside and got my returns and got the right size and brought them back out to me..Am disabled and that was the reason not being able to get into the store. One thing.i wanted real bad was a man on a poster in the window wearing a hat. I fell in love with it while Thomas was inside finishing my returns and ringing my new up. He came out to finish up with me and that's when i inquired about the hat om.the. guys head in the poster.. I said I would like one just like it. He went back in to see about it and when he came back and told me it was discontinued it kinda broke my.heart. I really really wanted one. That poster was in the same place almost 4 weeks earlier when I was there. So disappointed. I quit under stand why it was still up showing people something you can't get, put other than that disappointed news I had 2 great experiences at that store with same salesperson. Thomas was great with me being a customer.. But.it was truly a great experience dealing with Thomas.
