I love this place. Being a triple extra large I have difficulty finding clothes that fit. These good people understand. They get you measured help you find what sizes you need and stay engaged with this process until you have what you want. We are encouraged to look try on and dream. They give you honest feed back and steer you to find things that make you look your best. I like it! Takes the pressure off so I can enjoy the fun. Friendly service with a big smile. At least half the time, customer service tends to be employees who resent having to answer your questions. This includes management. At the prices they’re charging I’d expect much better. The rewards emailed to us rarely work. And most of the time our online orders have something cancelled because they run out of inventory or don’t have the ordered prepared by the pick up time they gave us. We love your clothes but the customer service is abysmal. The good experiences with your employees simply don’t outweigh the bad ones.
