DXL Big + Tall

Went in to buy some shirts. Next thing i know I was being measured for a suit by Randy. He was very professional, great salesman. They have suits and shirts and pants for all sizes. Many different styles . A great selection. I look forward to coming back for a new suit.

They need to carry straight up tall, not just big and tall. Clothes are oversized, baggy, which makes them look sloppy if a man is not "big". They should also offer medium width shoes not just wide. The salesman was very nice though.

I went into this store to get a new suit and white shirt I wanted to wear for a wedding the upcoming weekend. They did not have my size in store and it needed to be shipped in. I stated 3 times that I would like it shipped to the store. The worker mis hit the shipment and it was incorrectly shipped to my house. I tried on the correct shirt in the store but it was not the correct color so she had to order the correct color. When ordering, I had asked if the shirt sleeve length was correct because I had my doubts and the measurement sounded different from what I just tried on. The worker assured me it was the correct size that we had just tried on. Well, the shirt came in after the planned delivery date and came in 1 day before the wedding, which I had to fly to, so I quickly grabbed the shirt from its shipping package and brought it onto the plane with me. When I got into Denver, I put the shirt on and realized it was not the right size shirt (as I had thought when looking at the order and was assured it was correct) because I was at a destination wedding I did not have time to go shopping and had to wear the wrong size shirt the entire time. When I came back home, the store refused to exchange or refund me for the shirt since it was no longer brand new because I had to wear it and cut the tags off. I understand the policy but it was not my fault the wrong shirt was ordered and I had even tried to correct the worker when I noticed the size seemed off. For what I paid for the suit and shirt, it is crappy to be informed I am out of luck because their employee made an error. They only offered to remeasure me so I can order a brand new shirt from them at full price! Will not be using this store anymore and would not recommend this store due to the multiple mistakes made by employees and no resolutions given.

I liked the new layout of the store. The store manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very surprised when the associate helped carrying my bags to my vehicle. A+
