My review is based solely on customer service! I shop here often and try to only shop when the woman is working. The salesperson named Mark who is there often is very unapproachable. He offers to help yet seems to have an attitude. When he does help you, it feels like you have to argue to get the size and product you want. I wish they would higher a more friendly option at the store.

Always a really good experience here. Staff is super nice and more than willing to help you with anything you need or answer any questions you may have.

I purchased a jacket and needed to return it due to the sleeves being too small. Upon attempting to return the jacket, the sales rep named Karen instructed me to select a new jacket. When I returned to make the exchange, she informed me that she would not accept my return because it did not meet her standard. I offered to have the jacket dry cleaned and she said “absolutely not”. With that in mind, she packed it up for me and I purchased a new jacket. I asked her if the new jacket was going to be on sale for cyber Monday and she said the Columbia brand coats do not go on sale. The male manager sat there the entire time staring down and refusing to stand up and address me. With that, I paid $160 for a jacket that is on sale two days later for $115. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I am so angry that I was disrespected and lied to. Do NOT visit the store on Kenny Rd and Henderson. The manager and employee will not get up and address an issue or assist you in finding your size. He sat down the entire time I was in the store and Karen stood behind the counter.

Mark and Karen are the absolute nicest people here! I really appreciate them always being willing to help and keeping the store so clean and organized. It is a smaller store, and they don't always have my size in stock, but they are always willing to order it with free shipping.

Return policy is strict they say things are worn if you remove the tag had 2 items I wore around the house for maybe 20 mins and 2 items I didn't even touch and they said all items had been worn and you can't return. When I purchased these I was assured trying them on at home was okay I did the body scan and what provided a different since than normal. So when I came to return my items and was told no I felt like I was scammed out of 300 dollars I will never return other store return items that don't fit. I was told I should have looked up the return policy on line even though I asked in store. Super embarrassing to get yelled in front of other customers who always left with out buying things

I've bought some things here. It's small, so the older lady working there could see you from her cash register, but she insisted on getting so close to me that I felt uncomfortable. I don't know her reasoning, but I didn't want to see her directly behind me every time I looked in the mirror. This was a few years ago. Hopefully they have better employees now.
