2025 PROGRAM INFORMATION
DXL’s new rewards program allows you to earn points on purchases made in store, on DXL.com or the DXL Mobile App. You can redeem these points for Reward Certificates that are valid toward future eligible purchases. The program has three tiers (Classic, Premium, and Elite), and you’ll earn access to additional points opportunities and other great perks every time you move up.
To be eligible for the rewards program, participants must have a valid residence within the United States. Currently, the program is not available to individuals residing outside the United States.
At DXL, we’re all about customer choice. Signing up for the new program allows you to confirm your participation, as well as update your personal information.
Joining is simple! You can sign up for free on our website or in-store.
Online:
- If you already have an online account, log into your account at DXL.com/rewards and you will be prompted to join.
- If you don’t have an online account, go to DXL.com/rewards to create an account.
In-Store:
Ask a store associate to enroll you.
NOTE: Customers that sign up in-store and don’t have an existing online account must create an online account to access their customer dashboard.
Yes, you must be signed into your account prior to checkout. This will ensure that any points earned will be credited to your account and populated in your dashboard.
Please note: If you check out as a guest, you will not receive any points from your purchase.
At checkout, provide your first and last name, phone number or email address associated with your account so the store associate can look you up in the system. Points for all qualifying purchases will be added to your dashboard within 24–48 hours.
You will see all Loyalty transactional history and the points associated within your dashboard on the “Activity” tab. This will be inclusive of purchases, returns, exchanges, and DXL adjustments to the account point balance.
Yes, you can merge points into one loyalty account if you have used multiple email addresses to place orders on DXL.com.
Please note that we will only carry over points earned from eligible purchases made using the designated loyalty account. We will verify that the names and addresses on the two loyalty accounts match.

When you opt out of the program, you forfeit your points and you will no longer be able to access your account. This cannot be reversed once you select to opt out. Contact our Guest Engagement Center at customerservice@destinationxl.com if you wish to opt out.
DXL Rewards memberships cannot be backdated to include past purchases.
POINTS
DXL Rewards points are earned on merchandise purchases made within the U.S. in stores or online (to be delivered domestically within the Continental U.S.) Points will not be issued for gift card purchases and cannot be applied to tax, alteration, delivery fees, or donations.
Log into your Rewards dashboard at DXL.com/rewards to see your current status, points earned, available rewards, spend needed to achieve the next tier status, and more.
Unused points expire 365 days from the date of activity for which they are earned (e.g. the date on which an eligible purchase is made in-store or online on at DXL.com or via the App).
Please check your DXL Rewards dashboard to see if your eligible purchase is reflected in the "Activity" tab. If the eligible purchase does not show up after 3 days from the date your order ships, please reach out to us at customerservice@destinationxl.com. Please include your order number which can be found in the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
REWARDS CERTIFICATES
Rewards Certificates will be issued at 3,000 points, which converts into a $10 reward certificate. Reward certificates are non-transferable. No partial rewards will be awarded on balances of less than 3,000 points.
DXL reserves the right to invalidate or revoke any certificates issued on accounts it determines are duplicates or opened fraudulently and/or obtained through fraudulent or deceptive activity, including but not limited to multiple enrollments by the same individual using variations of identity, email addresses, or accounts.
Points will be converted into reward certificates in denominations of $10.

Certificates will be issued to the e-mail address used to sign up for DXL Rewards and can be found within your dashboard at DXL.com/rewards.
Please allow 48-72 hours for Rewards Certificates to arrive via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for points to be applied to your DXL Rewards account after making a purchase in-store or from a shipped online order.
Reward certificates are non-transferable.
No. For example, if you have been awarded a certificate for $60 and only spend $50, then the remaining $10 will be forfeited.
No. Once your points are converted into dollar rewards, this action cannot be reversed. In addition, dollar rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for points or rewards of a different value. Once a dollar reward is applied at checkout, it cannot be removed. If items are canceled, partially canceled, or returned, the points used for those purchases will be deducted from your DXL Rewards points balance and are non-refundable.
Yes. Certificates expire 60 days after date of issuance.

There are three tiers in the DXL Rewards program: Classic, Premium, and Elite, based on your annual spend at DXL. The higher the tier, the more rewards and opportunities to earn additional points.

Eligibility for program tiers is calculated on a rolling basis. Your tier will be assessed annually based on the anniversary date of your joining the program.
Tiers are based on net spend within 12 months of your join date which resets each year on the anniversary of when you enrolled in DXL Rewards. You can also graduate to a higher tier level at any time based on your spending (See “How can I move to the next tier” below). Your annual tier level evaluation is held once per year on or about the anniversary of the date you enrolled in the program. Your annual tier level assignment is determined based upon how much you spent on eligible purchases during the year prior to the anniversary date of your joining the program.
Classic is our first tier – it’s free to join, and there is no minimum spend required. All enrolled customers who maintain spend below $500 during a 12-month period, which resets each year on the anniversary of your enrollment date, will achieve Classic status.
Once you spend $500 in your first 12 months after enrolling, you will automatically be upgraded to Premium status. All customers enrolled in the DXL Rewards program who maintain a total spend between $500-$1,249 during a 12-month period, which resets each year on the anniversary of your enrollment date, will achieve Premium status.
Spend $1,250 or more on eligible purchases in a year and you’ll be automatically upgraded to Elite status. All customers enrolled in the DXL Rewards program who spend above $1,250 during a 12-month period, which resets each year on the anniversary of your enrollment date, will achieve Elite status.
You have twelve months from the date of enrollment to meet our spend thresholds in each Tier (Classic $0-$499 spend, Premium $500-$1,249 spend, and Elite over $1,250 spend).
Once you have achieved the dollar spend for the next tier, you’ll be moved into the next higher tier within 24-48 hours and will receive the tier level benefits associated with that new tier going forward until the earlier of your achieving the next tier (if applicable) or the assessment on the anniversary of your enrollment date.
DOLLAR SPEND NEEDED FOR EACH TIER
- Classic: $0-$499
- Premium: $500-$1,249
- Elite: $1,250+
- Classic: 10 points for each $1 spent
- Premium: 11 points for each $1 spent
- Elite: 12 points for each $1 spent
As the highest tier in the program, all Elite Members will receive:
- 12 points for every dollar spent
- $10 Rewards Certificate for every 3,000 points earned
- 20% off a single purchase coupon for joining the tier
- A $15 Birthday offer each year
- Free standard shipping on all purchases
Elite tier gifts are issued once a year and are exclusive to our top tier. You will be notified by email when your Elite Tier gift is available. Like all the best gifts, it’s a surprise!
Only one discount coupon offer can be used per transaction / purchase.
On the first day of your birthday month, you will receive an email with your birthday offer. Your birthday offer will also be available in your dashboard at dxl.com/rewards. Offers are valid through the end of the birthday month. Only one discount offer can be used per transaction / purchase.
Once you achieve a new tier, you will receive an email with your tier upgrade reward coupon. Your tier upgrade coupon will also be available in your dashboard at dxl.com/rewards. Coupons are valid for 30 days after issuance. Only one discount coupon offer can be used per transaction / purchase.
Premium and Elite tier gifts are exclusive member-only discounts issued twice a year near Father’s Day and the holidays. You will be notified by email when your exclusive discount gift is available.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If a return or exchange is made, the points associated with the initial purchase will be reconciled on your loyalty account to reflect the return/exchange. Point balances may become negative if points have already been redeemed for a reward certificate.
Here are some examples: When you return or exchange an item, your points may be adjusted based on the value of the return or the new purchase. If a Classic customer returns a $100 purchase, their points will be reduced by 1,000 points ($100 x 10 points = 1,000 points). If they make an exchange and the new item costs more, their points will be adjusted upward based on the difference.
Regarding negative point balances: if a customer makes a return that reduces their points by 1,000, but they only have 700 points in their account, their balance will show as -300 points. This negative balance will remain until they make an additional purchase to earn more points.
Once your points have converted to rewards, you cannot reverse it. Dollar rewards cannot convert back to points or be exchanged for dollar rewards of different values.
HOW IS THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM THE OLD PROGRAM?
All customers are being asked to re-enroll in the new reward program to ensure we have your permission to opt you in, and to allow you to update your personal information.
At DXL, we’re all about customer choice. Signing up for the new program allows you to confirm your participation, as well as update your personal information.
In November 2024, all Loyalty points were converted into reward certificates and emailed out to members. After November 16, 2024, purchases no longer accumulate points under the old loyalty program.
All certificates issued in the old loyalty program expired on January 22, 2025.
Purchase history from the old program will not be transferred to the new program.
Both programs are traditional points-based programs, however, the new program is based on spend and has three tiers instead of 4. Members receive bigger and better benefits! You earn points on every eligible purchase! Higher tiers earn points at a faster rate and you get even more benefits, so the more you spend, the more you earn. Plus, you’ll earn exclusive discounts on your birthday, and if you upgrade tiers.
