To ship internationally, DXL has an alliance with Globale. Globale is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows DXL to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.
How to Order
Our website identifies which country you are in using your IP address. If you want to ship to a different country, you can use the country selector located on the bottom right of every page of our site.
The selector contains only those countries which we ship to.
Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.
If you don't see your country listed, we are not currently able to ship to that destination.
If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular Checkout process.
Available Currencies
All available currencies are listed in the drop-down menu within the country selector.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices.
Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and payment of them is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Timelines
Delivery times are estimated at checkout based on delivery location.
Most in-stock items generally arrive within 4-13 business days after your order is received depending on service type and destination. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays.
Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, if you return your unworn, unlaundered merchandise in salable condition within 90 days of purchase, DXL will refund the purchase price of the product in the original method of payment. The return must be accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip. Custom clothing (suits, suit separates, jackets and dress shirts) cannot be returned for a refund, unless there is a substantial defect.
International online orders must be returned via Global-E and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact the DXL Customer Service team to process this form and to receive shipment documentation.
Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may be delayed at Customs.
The refund occurs automatically once the parcel with the returned merchandise is scanned back into the DXL warehouse.
The return fee ($20 USD) is a flat rate based on market.
International Online Exceptions
International orders are not eligible for merchandise exchanges or ship-to-store.
Some promotional restrictions may not apply to international orders, including some promotions, free shipping, or gifts with purchase.
International customers are not eligible to participate in the DXL Rewards Program.
