Our goal is simple, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn, unlaundered item(s) in salable condition within 90 days of purchase to a DXL store along with your receipt and original form of payment or return the items(s) via UPS, or your preferred carrier, along with your completed Return/Exchange Form.
We stand behind our goods and services and always do our best to take care of our Guest’s returns on a case-by-case basis. In extenuating circumstances, if the return is accepted after 90 days, the refund will be processed in the form of a gift card or E-gift card. We have long believed that when we treat our Guests fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
Please note that due to hygiene and safety concerns our DXL masks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any in-store purchase(s) returned within 90 days of purchase will be refunded to your original form of payment. If we are unable to find a record of your sale, and choose to provide a refund, we will ask for either your address or phone number to process the refund as a DXL Gift card or E-Gift card based on the current selling price of the item(s).
Sorry, but we are unable to accept returns for Custom clothing (suits, suit separates, jackets and dress shirts) unless it is damaged/defective merchandise.
DXL Gift cards and E-Gift cards cannot be returned.
Discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from returned merchandise. In the event of a return or exchange, discount may be forfeited. For example, when a purchase involved a coupon discount taken on the entire transaction, the value of such coupon was proportionally distributed to all items purchased. If you return one of the items, the final price refunded will be the original as-sold price shown on the receipt less the prorated coupon discount.
Refunds, with valid receipt, for in-store purchases paid for by cash under $100 will be refunded in cash unless store funds are not available. If store funds are not available, the refund will be delivered in the form of a check mailed from our Home Office within 7-10 business days of the return.
Any in-store purchases paid by cash or check returned back to our distribution center will be refunded as a DXL E-Gift card.
We reserve the right to refuse any return. ID may be required in connection with any return or exchange.
For the quickest processing of your web or phone order exchange, fill out the return/exchange form and use the enclosed pre-paid UPS return label ($7.50 will be charged against your original method of payment for using the pre-paid shipping label). If you do not have a return label, you can download and print a label. Please record your tracking number for reference and then bring the package to your nearest UPS drop-off location.
We will ship your replacement item(s) within the continental U.S. at no additional charge. Any purchase(s) returned within 90 days of purchase will be refunded to your original form of payment. All other refunds will be in the form of a DXL E-Gift card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
The $7.50 pre-paid shipping-label cost will be waived for item(s) returned for damaged/defective merchandise and/or exchange orders only.

DXL offers international shopping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider Borderfree. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your financial transaction and shipment will be processed by Borderfree. Your customer service needs will be handled directly by DXL.
Borderfree partners with online retailers to sell internationally by providing international customers with access to products found in the United States. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree during Checkout.
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree when your package is shipped to its final international destination. 'BF* DXL.com will appear on your credit card statement. We are sorry but DXL.com Gift cards, E-Gift cards and DXL Rewards Club Certificates are not accepted at this time.
International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the chosen service level (Standard/Express), the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. During Checkout, international shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by Borderfree based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.
Most in-stock items generally arrive within 4-10 business days after your order is received depending on service type and destination. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.

International online orders must be returned via Borderfree within 90 days of delivery and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service to process this form and to receive shipment documentation. Borderfree will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise at the international hub.
We are not able to offer merchandise exchanges on online orders shipped internationally. If you return an item that was purchased using a coupon discount that was taken on the entire transaction, the value of such coupon was proportionally distributed to all items purchased and the discount will be forfeited and may not be reused. HOW TO MEASURE FOR YOUR SIZE
1. Neck: Using a soft tape measure to measure around the base of your neck. Measure against skin and add 1/2" for Your Perfect size.
2. Chest: (For suit and jacket size.) Measure over a shirt. Tape should slightly under armpit and straight across shoulder blades and Chest.
3. Sleeve: With your elbow bent, measure from the middle of your back directly below neck--across shoulders and elbow to the wrist (total inches equal your sleeve length). Round up to even number to determine your sleeve length.
4. Waist: Measure the circumference of where you would like your Waistband to fall where you normally wear your pants. Whether it is at your natural waist or below your waist.
5. Inseam: Preferred length of pant measure from crotch seam to bottom hem.

Unfortunately, George Foreman is no longer a spokesperson of Casual Male XL.
We currently offer Harbor Bay and Oak Hill Brands which are very similar to George Foreman line of clothing. These brands have the same quality and material as the George Foreman merchandise. They feature the waist relaxer, neck relaxer, jacket relaxer, and dry-action.
Manufacturers generally only make "regular" size samples 6 to 8 months prior to a photo shoot. We make the assumption that a quality garment looks good on anyone, no matter what size he is. Though some of our models may appear thinner, most are very tall (over 6"4") and can wear our sample clothes. We carry so many sizes it would be hard to show every garment in every size.

Because we began processing your order as soon as you placed it, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed.
Awaiting stock means that the item is currently out of stock. Each item page will display a date listed next to the product which is when we expect to receive the product back in stock. This is an estimate and can change dependent on when the manufacturer ships the product to our distribution center.
The items we have in stock will ship separately and we will ship your backordered item(s) as soon as we are able to process the stock for shipment. We are unable to hold the entire order until we receive all items in stock.
Items shipped separately do not result in an additional shipping fee.

When you place an order, we obtain a "temporary authorization" by contacting the bank or credit card company electronically to verify that funds are available. Your bank or credit card company may remove or set aside the necessary funds to cover the order for a period of up to five business days.
We do not charge your card until the order has shipped. When we process a charge to the card, that first “temporary authorization” charge should automatically be removed by your bank or credit card company.
If there are any items on back order, we will not charge your card for the item until it has shipped.
To further protect your security, we request your credit card security code (CSC) each time you checkout, and we do not store this number on our site.

There are two main components that determine the fit of a suit. The first component is the drop, which is the difference in measurement between the chest and the waist. The second component is the length of the suit, inseam, and sleeve.
A Regular suit will have a drop from 3 to 6 inches. The larger a man's chest is in the regular size, the smaller drop he will have. For example, a 42" chest corresponds to a 36" waist in a regular suit (six-inch drop) while a 56" corresponds to a 53" waist in a regular suit (three-inch drop).
The Portly or Executive Cut suit has little or no drop. This suit will fit the man whose waist is the same size or bigger than his chest. For example, a 42" chest corresponds to a 40" waist (two-inch drop), while a 56" chest corresponds with a 56" inch waist (no drop). To get the best fit in a portly suit, it is best to use the bigger of the two measurements.
To get the correct length, the following scale can be used:
5'1" - 5'7" generally wears - short
5'8" - 6'1" generally wears - regular
6'2" - 6'4" generally wears - long
6'5" - 6'10" generally wears - x-long
* Note: these are general measurements and some consideration should also be given to man's build.
Some of the pants we carry come with unfinished bottoms. When this is the case, we will be glad to cuff or hem them to the appropriate length for a charge of $12.00.
If you would prefer unfinished pants, we'll be glad to send them without hemming.
Hemming adds 2 to 3 days to normal shipping times and is only available when orders are placed online.
We recommend adding one size to your waist size when ordering belts.
Relaxed Fit is cut fuller through the hip and thighs for a more comfortable fit.
Loose Fit is cut fuller through the legs with a tapered bottom and sits just below the natural waistline.
It's called Tape Stripe because the width of the stripes are about as wide as a piece of masking tape.
Piqué, refers to a weaving style normally used with cotton yarn, which is characterized by raised parallel cords or fine ribbing. Twilled cotton and corded cotton are close relatives. Cotton Piqué is a medium weight cotton with a raised woven design, and the resulting pattern may consist of squares or other geometric shapes.
Executive Cut (also known as Portly Cut) jackets and suits have a smaller difference or "drop" from the chest measurement to the waist measurement than a typical regular cut jacket.Executive Cut jackets are designed specifically for men who carry more weight in their midsections, and they are proportioned so that these gentlemen can button their jackets properly without having to buy a larger sized regular-cut jacket, which could be too big in the chest/shoulders and also too long.
If the difference between a man's chest measurement and his waist measurement is two inches or less, an Executive Cut jacket is recommended.
Our sizing is made to fit the Big or Tall man.
Big is for men under 6'3" and Tall is for men over 6'4". These can also be designated as Regular (Big) or Long (Tall).
Big items are made with a roomier fit through the body with average sleeve, rise and inseam lengths. Pants and slacks designated with Regular will have average room from the waist to the inseam of the item.
Tall items are made with longer fit through the body and will have longer sleeves, rise and inseam lengths. Pants designated as Long will have more room from the waist to the inseam to allow for a longer torso.
Most brands do not make half sizes over size 11.5 medium and some offer limited half sizes. We recommend buying one size larger to accommodate any 1/2 sizes.
